  5. Yerleştirilen pano içerisine hattı kapatıp açmak için kullanılacak 1 adet 10A Pako şartel, 1 adet grup kaçak rölesi ve projektörleri açıp kapatmak için kullanılacak 6-10 adet C-16 sigorta yerleştirilir.
  6. Armatürlerin 2’li veya 3,lü gruplar halinde yanacağı şekilde gerekli bağlantılar yapılır.
  7. Yerleştirilen panoya bakır çubuktan 1 adet topraklama tesisatı yapılır.

INDOOR FIELD INFRASTRUCTURE

  5. A 50cm wide and 50cm high wooden formwork is attached to the short sides of the field. A total of 6 Ø12 distribution irons are used in the mold, 3 at the top and 3 at the bottom, and Ø8 stirrup bars are connected at 30cm intervals.

Indoor Field IRON CONSTRUCTION

  1. Ø114x3mm vertical pipes are welded on 70x30x15mm plates integrated into the beam concrete, parallel to each other, at a height of 3m (varies depending on the project) using a Ø48x3mm diagonal.
  2. 70x20x10mm plates are placed on the vertical columns (at the truss joints) and fixed by welding.
  3. Ø48x3mm pipes for wire and tarpaulin connection pipes and Ø42x2.5mm pipes for intermediate diagonals (crosses) are cut in accordance with the project and fixed by welding between the strut columns.
  4. Trusses are created by welding Ø42×2.5mm diagonals between the Ø89×2.5mm-Ø76×2.5mm pipes (varies depending on the project), which were previously bent according to the project.
  5. Scissor centers are fixed by welding using 70x15x10mm plate. Trusses are formed by making interconnections (reinforcements) of both facade trusses.
  6. The created trusses are lifted with the help of a crane, placed squarely on the guides prepared on the vertical column, and fixed by welding.
  7. Ø34×2.5mm pipes (purlins) are welded onto the trusses horizontally at intervals appropriate to the project.
  8. To make the tarpaulin connections to the upper center of the truss, Ø48x3mm pipe is fixed by welding.
  9. On the short edges, vertical columns are created by using Ø34×2.5mm pipes between Ø76×3-Ø60x3mm vertical pipes (varies depending on the project) parallel to each other on the plates integrated into the beam concrete.
  10. Ø48x3mm pipes for wire and tarpaulin connections between the erected columns and Ø34x2.5mm pipes for horizontal connections (purlins) are fixed by welding at intervals appropriate to the project to form the main framework.
  11. After the main frame is created, Ø42×2.5mm pipes are welded between the trusses for wind connections in accordance with the project.
  12. A hinged door is made using Ø48x3mm pipe from a place deemed suitable for the construction.
  13. In addition, goal posts are made on the field using Ø89x3mm pipe in the size appropriate to the project.
  14. The construction is completed by painting all iron manufacturing with special metal anti-rust green paint.

COVERING ON CLOSED FIELD CONSTRUCTION

  1. Tarpaulin technical specifications; Made of 100% polyester and high-strength industrial yarn, resistant to heat and cold (+70°-30°), waterproof, 1100 denier fabric with a weight of 650 gr/m² is used.
  2. The specially manufactured tarpaulin is fixed to the construction at intervals appropriate to the project.
  3. The intermediate covers of the fixed tarpaulin are made into a whole by welding together with a special heating machine.
  4. The lower parts (Skirts) are assembled and delivered to be opened and closed manually.

Indoor Astroturf Turf WIRE MESH and NET

  • The area around the field is covered with a dip galvanized PVC coated spiral wire mesh of 3m height (varies depending on the project) and 3.5mm wall thickness, with a mesh size of 50x50mm, made of iron construction.
  • After the wire mesh is stretched and its connections are made, 5mm steel rope is stretched in 3-4 rows around the edges of the field and fixed with terminal blocks.
  • The ceiling part is covered with a net made of 100% polyamide yarn, number 66, with a mesh size of 15×15 in truss length.
  • The goal backs are covered with a net of 120 size in a 12x12cm mesh, up to a height of 3m, and the remaining area is covered with a 66 count net made of 100% polyamide yarn in a 15x15 mesh.
  • Nets made of 4mm thick 100% polyamide yarn with a mesh size of 12x12cm are mounted on the goals.

Indoor Area LIGHTING and ELECTRICITY

  1. 12-16 400 W Metal Halide bulb projectors with igniter and balance in accordance with TSE standards (varies depending on field dimensions) are mounted on the projector platform placed at appropriate intervals between the trusses.
  2. For the main power line to be used for lighting, the TSE certified rubber insulated 4×4 NYY cable is fixed to the construction and lowered from a single center to where the electrical panel will be located.
  3. A 10x10 sized covered junction box is placed at the center of each lighting pole for connections. The luminaires are output with a 3×2.5 TTR cable and connected to the main line in the junction box.
  4. In the completed construction, an IP 65 class (water and dust proof) electrical panel is placed in a suitable place (not exceeding 5 meters around the site perimeter).
  5. 1 10A Pako conditional to be used to turn the line off and on, 1 group leakage relay and 6-10 C-16 fuses to be used to turn the projectors on and off are placed in the placed panel.
  6. Necessary connections are made so that the armatures light up in groups of 2 or 3.
